Deposit & Payment Terms
Deposits are required on certain purchase orders, custom orders, and manufacturing agreements to secure materials, components, and production commitments necessary to fulfill the order.
All deposits are allocated toward the procurment of materials, components, and associated costs required to fulfill the purchase order in its entirety. Deposits do not costitute advanced payment for individual product deliveries and may not be applied as a revolving credit or offset against outstanding invoices unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
Invoices for completed and delivered products remain payable in accordance with the established payment terms, independent of the initial deposit.
Once an order has been accepted and procurment or productions has commenced, deposits are non-refundable to the extent of the costs incurred and non-cancellable commitments made in fulfillment of the order.
By submitting a purchase order and remitting a deposit, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
